Abstract

tudents perceptions arise because of the observation and assessment ofstudents to teachers. Teachers who have the creativity and high performance inteaching and learning will be more reliable in delivering the subject matterdiampunya with the strategy of delivering course material and students will bemore interested in, feel comfortable, full of intimacy, eager and excited to learn,and teachers will get a perception positive from students. A good perception of thecreativity of teachers and teacher performance will make the students excited,more excited and motivated to keep learning.

This study aimed to test the hypothesis, the hypothesis is: There is arelationship of students' perceptions about the creativity of teachers and teacherperformance to student learning outcomes subjects Aqidah Akhlak in MTs Elqodar Labuhan Ratu East Lampung, either individually or jointly.

This research in quantitative design, sampling in this study conducted byProbability Sampling.Besarnya sample set by using tables determining the numberof samples that developed from Isaac and Michael, with an error rate of 5% isknown that the number 250, the number of students obtained sample of 146respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire Likert scale models thathave been tested for validity and reliability test is then performed preconditionand hypothesis testing hypothesis testing using the technique of simplecorrelation, multiple correlation and test F.

The results showed that based on the correlation value variable X1 with Y isknown to have a positive and significant relationship between students' perceptionabout creativity with the results of study subjects Aqidah Morals in MTs El qodarLabuhan Ratu East Lampung. Based on the correlation value X2 with Y is knownthere is a positive and significant correlation between perception siswatentangteacher performance to student learning outcomes subjects Aqidah Morals in MTsEl qodar Labuhan Ratu East Lampung, and based on the value of multiplecorrelation and test results simultaneously there is a positive and significantbetween students 'perceptions about the creativity of teachers and students'perceptions of teacher performance to student learning outcomes in subjectsAqidah Morals MTs El qodar Labuhan Ratu East Lampung.
