Abstract

Professional teachers is the ability with regard to mastery learningmaterials field of study is broad and deep that include mastery of the substance ofthe content of curriculum subjects at school and substance of knowledge thatovershadow curriculum materials, as well as increase knowledge of science as ateacher, professional teacher will not run without the support of the workingculture and training of teachers in schools.

The shape of this research is shaped exspost facto in the form ofquantitative data and are descriptive, the sample in this study were all teachers ofMTs sub-district white as Surabaya amounted to 50 teachers, retrieval of usingquestionnaires given to 50 respondents, selected using random techniquessampling (random), the method of collecting data using questionnaires anddocumentation. The obtained in this study will be analyzed using multiple linearregression formula, with the prerequisite test, namely, validity, reliability, and testfor normality.

There Cultural Relations Employment and Training Professional TeachersAgainst Teachers in Private MTs white as Seputih Surabaya, Lampung Tengahregency. It is the show by value t count (33.719)> t-table with N = 50 confidencelevel of 1% = 2,678 with a significant level of 0.000 on a t-table, so that the workculture and the Teacher Training Against Teacher Professional in MTs PrivateSeputih Surabaya Lampung Tengah regency white as a significant influence. Theabove calculation also shows a linear relationship between the variables CulturalRelations Employment and Training Professional Teachers Against Teachers inPrivate MTs sub-district, Lampung Tengah Regency Seputih Surabaya as theregression equation y = 39.83 + (0.968) X1 + (0.034) X2. which indicates thateach increase of one unit sekor work culture and teacher training will cause anincrease in teacher professional score of (0.968) and (0.034) in constant 39.83units. The amount Influence of Cultural Relations Employment and TrainingProfessional Teachers Against Teachers in Private MTs Seputih Surabaya sub-district, Lampung Tengah regency is 39.83%
