Abstract

This research aims to give description of early primary school teacher's understanding of the implementation integrated cultural based learning model. The research method used quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 27 elementary school institutions with 46 initial class teachers. The location of the research was conducted at several elementary school institutions in Metro City. Sampling used cluster random sampling technique. Techniques and data collection used questionnaires and documents in the form of integrated learning implementation planning. Data were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that the teacher's understanding about integrated learning based on culture reached 61.15%.
