Abstract

Mohammad Hatta is an important figure in the period before and after the independence of Indonesia. Roles and Mohammad Hatta thought the most prominent figures from other Indonesian leaders, both in the political, economic, educational, social and religious. In joy and sorrow Mohammad Hatta remained surrendered solely to Allah SWT. Obedience in running religious orders did not escape the influence of the family. Mohammad Hatta, who was born in a family of scholars, make Mohammad Hatta always obey the religion that makes the unique personality of the founding Fathers of other countries. Personality Mohammad Hatta honest, simple people the interests ahead of personal interests that need to be in an example for the nation’s future.
