One effort to improve the performance of teachers in schools is a good school leadership and the creation of a conducive working environment at school. During this time the teacher can not work optimally because it is not supported by a good working climate, so that the poor performance of teachers. Leadership is the ability to influence people or groups with a view to achieve a goal. While the climate of the school is the atmosphere work, learn, communicate, and hang out in educational organizations. Principal leadership SMA Negeri Katon 2 well, which is characterized by high discipline that comes early and the final return, as well as motivated and high responsibility for advancing the school. The climate of SMA Negeri 2 Negeri Katon is also good, which is marked by a sense of togetherness among teachers regardless of seniority, and the existence of relationship between the principal, teachers, and Shiva the principals always hold a meeting when it will make and decide on a policy.

In this study involving two independent variables that school leadership and working climate, as well as involving the dependent variable is the performance of teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of school leadership on teacher performance, the existence of work climate influence on teacher performance, as well as whether there is influence school leadership and working climate on teacher performance. To obtain the necessary information in this study used types Expofakto method, which aims to create a description, picture systematically factual and accurate information on the facts, nature, and the relationship between the phenomenon investigated. After describing the phenomenon, then analyze and take the generalization of the objective conditions of teacher performance. The type of this research is quantitative research, which uses simple linear regression analysis and multiple sample population consisted of 30 teachers. Data collection techniques used are documentation, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and observations.

The results were obtained from the calculation of simple and multiple linear regression. Results of simple linear regression. From these results it can be concluded that there is influence between the leadership of the principal on teacher performance (the effect is very small, namely 0.26%), and no influence between the working environment on the performance of teachers (the effect is very small, namely 0.031%). There are the infuence ledership of the headmaster and work climate to confront the teachers performance (namely -0,0010%).
