Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether the influence of reading aloud toward pronunciation ability. Furthermore, reading aloud will enable the students to solve the difficulties in pronunciation ability.

Based on data pre-survey, he problems which had been identified was the found in Junior High School 3 Batanghari east lampung difficulties in Pronunciation ability because the student's rarely to doing Reading aloud. So researcher finding the ideas to increase Pronunciation ability with Reading aloud.

The method used in this research is quantitative research that are analysed using SPSS. The subject of this research were group, that consist of twenty nine students as experimental group. Both of group were the students of the eight graders of junior high school 3 batanghari. In collecting data, the reseacher used documentation and test. The test consisted of pre-test and post-test.

The result of this research shows that there was any positive and significant influence of reading aloud toward student's pronunciation ability of junior high school 3 batanghari. It can be known based on the data analysis that t observed was higher t table ( t observed 10, 199> 1,70 and 2,47),it means that there was any positive and significant influence of reading aloud toward smdent's pronunciation ability ofjunior high school 3 batanghari.
